Privacy & Cookies
1) Who we are
Indecision is run by Mick Hinton (Dudley, UK). Contact: info@cmm.training.
2) What we collect
- When you email us: we receive your email address and message so we can reply.
- In the game: we don’t create accounts and we don’t ask you to enter personal data.
- On your device: we save game settings and your consent choice so the site remembers your preferences.
- Local caching: your device may keep local copies of site files for faster loading.
3) Cookies & similar technologies
We don’t set our own cookies.
Ads: If you choose Accept, Google advertising services used in the app or site may use on-device storage and identifiers to show and measure ads. If you choose Non‑personalised or Reject all, we ask Google to limit or stop using storage accordingly. You may change your settings here:
Your choice is saved on your device and applied on each visit.
4) Your choices
- Ads consent: choose Personalised, Non‑personalised, or Reject all using the buttons above (you can change this any time).
- Clear saved data on your device: use your browser’s “Clear browsing data/site data” tools or remove the installed app shortcut.
- Install note: adding Indecision to your home screen doesn’t change what’s stored; it just makes loading faster and enables offline use.
5) Legal basis
- Legitimate interests: running a free game and keeping it working (including basic local caching).
- Consent: for showing ads and deciding whether they are personalised.
- Legitimate interests/Contract: replying to emails you send us.
6) Retention
- Emails you send: kept as long as needed to handle your request.
- On‑device settings/cache: stay on your device until you clear them; we don’t receive them.
7) Third parties
We use Google advertising services for advertising. See Google’s policies for how they use data, on-device storage and identifiers when you give consent.
8) Children
Indecision is a general‑audience game and not specifically directed to children.
